CHANGE OF CLUB 1 Guidance notes

CHANGE OF CLUB 2  This must be completed and sent to your previous club

You cannot just leave a club without doing the appropriate paperwork
This does not apply if you were previously unattached.

It is not our clubs responsibility to do this, unless you are leaving Wolds Vets.
